The total of €13,660 was distributed to support selected employees.
Decisions on the allocation of financial assistance were made jointly by employee representatives and company management. Support was provided primarily in cases of serious health complications, financial hardship, and sudden life events.
The following amounts were distributed across
individual companies:

Slovarm – €5,800
Prvá Teplárenská – €1,500
ZOS Krajné – €1,500
PD Popudinské Močidľany – €500
PD Čečejovce – €280
PD Bohdanovce – €80
The handover of financial assistance was attended on behalf of Energy Group by EG Board Member Peter Špak, together with the CEOs and management teams of the respective companies. Although not all recipients were able to attend in person, the financial support was delivered to all eligible employees.
We believe this contribution will at least partly ease the situation of our colleagues and provide them with much-needed support during difficult times.
We greatly appreciate all employees who donate 2% of their tax each year to help their colleagues. We also value the support of the company owner, who regularly matches these contributions, significantly increasing the impact of the assistance provided.
